Susanne Taylor from Elsk dit hjerte had arranged a ceremony in Vor Frue Kirke in the heart of Copenhagen with performances by Gry Bay, Trine Opsahl and Lene Poulsen.
Trine Opsahl played the harp as the audience entered the church, and later, when they lit a candlelight for some dear ones with pain in the heart.
Actress Lene Poulsen read some selected poems from Søren Ulrik Thomsen, Hjemfalden.
And mutitalent Gry Bay sang four songs from her debut album, Thousands of Butterflies, which was released on 30. October 2009.
Peter Nørregaard played the guitar.
After the ceremony I met Gry's parents and her girlfriend, Anita Lerche, with whom I had a photoshoot the day before (see here).
